These terms of service are written in the way so everybody can understand them, so there’s no excuse for anyone not to read them. They are written in order to protect both you – our users, and us – the crew and the system from any kind of abuse or misbehavior. They are based on international laws and the common sense. They basically say: don’t do or invite to anything illegal, don’t spam, don’t abuse, play nice, respect others’ work and be cool.
By using reSabi and it’s services, you agree to these terms of service.
If there’s conflict between the English version and another version of this document, the English version prevails. These terms of service are subject to changes. The last time they were modified was April 29. 2011.
Obey the law.
It is strictly forbidden to post, encourage or do illegal stuff such as, but not limited to: pornography, violence, identity theft, piracy, spreading hatred, fraud, privacy invasion…
No spam!
Everybody hates it, and we all fight together in order to eliminate it completely. If you’re marked as a spammer, you’re done in this community. There are great ways of free promotion on reSabi. Check them out.
No Adult stuff available to all audiences!
Do not create Adult and R or X-rated groups without marking them appropriately. These groups must be set as Invitation only. An R or X-rated group unmarked or marked as G-rated may be re-rated by the staff without asking you first, and may be deleted completely.

If the issue is minor, the staff will normally contact the user and try to solve the issue. Please have in mind that the staff are only humans, and can be wrong.
Removed content
While some content might be removed due to a technical error, most of the removed content is due to spam or against these terms of service. If your groups, links, comments or forum posts are removed, the only way to retrieve them is to write them again. Off course, if they are deleted again for the same reason, you’ll be banned.
If a blog is suspended, you can contact us within one month from the suspension to open it again, and review it to remove all questionable content. When a month has passed and the blog isn’t claimed, it will be permanently deleted. If the blog is totally empty, it might be deleted without waiting a month for it.
Report abuse or misbehaving users
Underneath most of the content and the users’ profiles, there’s a flag button that lets you quickly mark a user or content for the staff to review. Abusing of this button can also lead to penalties. If there isn’t any button on the abusive content, please use the contact form, and be sure to provide us the exact url.
